Robert P. Hall II, CPA, CVA
Bobby is a graduate of the University of South Alabama and has been practicing accounting since 1985. Prior to starting his own business in 1997, Bobby worked in both public and corporate accounting. Over the years, he has assisted various professional athletes and other high-net-worth individuals helping them with business decisions, and individual and estate tax planning. In addition to being a CPA, Bobby also holds a CVA and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. This specialized training gives him the tools for helping clients form the value of their companies. He has contributed articles for his legal clients’ newsletters, and conducts seminars for Lorman Education Services, local branches of national brokerage firms and insurance companies. Bobby served 20 years as a board member and has served and as president for the Child Day Care Association, a non-profit organization providing quality child development services to families in Mobile. He also serves as a member of the University of South Alabama Foundation Board of Directors. The foundation manages an endowment which provides support of the University of South Alabama’s students, faculty and academic programs.

John J. Ottolino, ABCP
John Ottolino came to Robert Hall & Associates in 2013 to help with BP litigation claims. In 2014, John decided to permanently join the firm and is one of our most experienced accountants.
John graduated from the University of South Alabama and started working in public accounting in 1989. In 1996, John ventured into operations management and was a Practice Administer for 10 years. His roles included the management of all staffing, HR and accounting functions of the practice. In 2006, after Hurricane Katrina, he ventured into the disaster recovery field. He has worked and consulted in many natural and manmade disasters. He has advanced training with an Associate Business Continuity Professional certificate and has consulted with Fortune 500 companies on planning for disasters. He managed projects for companies, creating and testing plans, and responding to disasters. In 2010, John became an Environmental Liaison for the BP oil spill. With his background, he was able to assist businesses through the BP claims process.
John’s duties include tax preparation and providing our clients with accounting and auditing support. John brings a tremendous amount of skill and experience to the firm.

Blair White is the firm administrator and joined Robert Hall & Associates in August 2008. She graduated from Troy University in the summer of 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
As the firm administrator, Blair’s responsibilities include firm management, client relations, staff support, and internal accounting. She also provides support to our small business department by preparing multiple payrolls and assisting various clients with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Blair has extensive experience in customer service, management, accounting and payroll.
Blair resides in Foley, Alabama with her husband Matt and their son Jackson.
Julie Kressig joined Robert Hall & Associates, PC in May 2015 as the firm’s Intern. She graduated from Spring Hill College in December 2015 Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Accounting. She has since taken additional accounting courses at the University of South Alabama and is currently studying for the CPA exam.
Julie permanently joined the firm in May 2016 as a Staff Accountant. She provides accounting, auditing, and tax support to our clients.

Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist
Robin Thorske joined Robert Hall & Associates in July 2014. She is the Bookkeeping Specialist in the firm’s small business department. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in the fall of 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Robin’s responsibilities include payroll processing, bank reconciliations, sales tax returns and various other bookkeeping and payroll services. She also serves as a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Robin and her husband Josh reside in Mobile, Alabama.

Small Business Manager
Ashley Dukes joined the firm in November, 2016 as the firm’s Small Business Manager. Ashley received her Bachelors of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 2006 and Masters of Accountancy in 2007. She started her accounting career with a global firm in Jacksonville, FL where she performed audits and quarterly reviews for public companies in the financial services and manufacturing industries. Upon returning to Mobile, she managed a local firm where she provided accounting and tax services to an array of individual and business clients.
As the firms Small Business Manager, Ashley’s responsibilities include management of payroll processing, review of quarterly payroll tax returns, preparation of monthly financial statements, and overseeing a variety of other bookkeeping and payroll services. Ashley will also prepare individual and corporate tax returns.
Ashley and her husband Witt are members of Dauphin Way United Methodist Church, where she serves on the Finance and Budget Committee. She also serves as a board member and President for Midtown Mobile Movement. Ashley co-founded this community non-profit which is committed to improving the walkability of Midtown Mobile.

Kimberly Davis joined the firm in February 2017, as the firm’s Office Administrator. Kimberly received her Bachelors of Arts in 1998 and Master of Arts in 2012 from the University of South Alabama. She has extensive experience serving in administrative roles, including 15 years in admissions and advising at the University of South Alabama.
As the firm’s Office Administrator, Kimberly provides administrative support to both staff and clients in all areas of the firm.
Kimberly and her husband James reside in Mobile with their two children. She enjoys knitting, crochet, and growing orchids.
